Worth knowing before you pay

• !Free Starlink Wi-Fi is MileagePlus-only, and United explicitly says non-members cannot pay to use it.
• !You cannot pay with miles on Wi-Fi-enabled regional jets (E175/E170, CRJ 550/700).
• !Streaming is not included in the subscription; it is a limited-time freebie on select aircraft such as the 737 MAX 9 and United reserves the right to charge for it.
• !A subscription is one device at a time, and your MileagePlus number must be used to sign in on board.
• !737s and DIRECTV-equipped aircraft only have satellite coverage within the continental US; two-cabin regional aircraft are limited to the continental US and Canada.
• !Voice and video calls are prohibited.
