Air Canada Wi-Fi login: how to connect on board
Short answer
Connect to the network ACWiFi.com, then open https://www.acwifi.com if the sign-in page does not appear by itself.
One thing must be done before you take off — see the steps below.
Step by step
- 01In settings, set the device to Airplane mode and enable Wi-Fi.
- 02Connect to the 'ACWiFi.com' network.
- 03Open a browser and type acwifi.com, then follow the prompts.
- 04For free texting, your Aeroplan number must already be on the booking from before check-in.
- 05For free Wi-Fi on United Starlink aircraft as an Aeroplan member, have your Aeroplan number on the reservation and enter your date of birth and United booking confirmation code.

Worth knowing before you pay
- Free texting does not carry photos, videos, attachments, VoIP or SMS.
- Voice service including VoIP is not supported at all.
- Free Wi-Fi is a North America / Sun destinations benefit — it is not a whole-network guarantee.
- Refunds are handled by the provider at gogoair.com, not by Air Canada.
How we know
Checked against Air Canada's own Wi-Fi page on 2026-08-02.
What we could not confirm:
- Any actual cash price or points price for a Wi-Fi pass.
- Whether long-haul international free Wi-Fi has actually gone live.
Airlines change these terms without notice. Treat this as a strong prior, not a guarantee.
