Worth knowing before you pay
- Free texting does not carry photos, videos, attachments, VoIP or SMS.
- Voice service including VoIP is not supported at all.
- Free Wi-Fi is a North America / Sun destinations benefit — it is not a whole-network guarantee.
- Refunds are handled by the provider at gogoair.com, not by Air Canada.
