Worth knowing before you pay

  • Free texting does not carry photos, videos, attachments, VoIP or SMS.
  • Voice service including VoIP is not supported at all.
  • Free Wi-Fi is a North America / Sun destinations benefit — it is not a whole-network guarantee.
  • Refunds are handled by the provider at gogoair.com, not by Air Canada.
