Turkish Airlines Wi-Fi login: how to connect on board
Short answer
Turkish Airlinesdoes not publish its network name. On board, pick the Wi-Fi network that carries the airline's name and let the sign-in page open.
Step by step
- 01Turkish does not publish the connect sequence on its website — it directs passengers to a help video on the PLANET in-flight entertainment platform during the flight.
- 02Sign up for Miles&Smiles via the form on the Wi-Fi login page if you want the free allowance.
- 03Buy a pass in the portal — passes can only be purchased during the flight.

Worth knowing before you pay
- Passes cannot be pre-purchased — Turkish states internet passes can only be bought in the air.
- Free allowances are data caps, not time: once your 250 MB or 1 GB is gone you are back to buying.
- Internet packages vary by aircraft type, so the rate card is not guaranteed on every airframe.
- Some countries' regulations block connectivity in their airspace, or restrict it to above 10,000 feet.
How we know
Checked against Turkish Airlines's own Wi-Fi page on 2026-08-02.
What we could not confirm:
- The Wi-Fi network name / SSID and the portal address.
- The connectivity provider.
- Whether the domestic TL prices are converted for foreign cards.
Airlines change these terms without notice. Treat this as a strong prior, not a guarantee.
