Singapore Airlines Wi-Fi login: how to connect on board

Connect to the network KrisWorld, then wait for the sign-in page to open.

- 02Connect to the 'KrisWorld' network.

Worth knowing before you pay
- Streaming does not work at all — SIA names Disney+, Netflix, Viu, Hulu and YouTube as non-functional.
- Voice calls are not supported, including WhatsApp and Messenger calls.
- Wi-Fi cannot be bought before the flight; plans are sold in the air only.
- Service stops about 15 minutes before arrival, and is unavailable over polar regions and unauthorised airspace.
- Time-based plans cannot be paused.
- Paid plans and voucher codes do not get the multi-device allowance that complimentary plans do.
- Paid plans are non-refundable; issues go to the provider (cs@sita.aero or SIA.CustomerCare@Panasonic.aero), not the airline.
How we know
Checked against Singapore Airlines's own Wi-Fi page on 2026-08-02.
What we could not confirm:
- Every paid plan price and duration.
- The captive portal address (SIA points to a printed card in the seat pocket).
- Which aircraft types support the three-device allowance.
Airlines change these terms without notice. Treat this as a strong prior, not a guarantee.
