Iberia Wi-Fi login: how to connect on board
Short answer
Connect to the network Iberia WiFi, then open https://shop.iberia.com if the sign-in page does not appear by itself.
One thing must be done before you take off — see the steps below.
Step by step
- 01Enable Flight Mode on your device.
- 02Select the 'Iberia WiFi' network.
- 03The captive portal should open automatically; otherwise scan the QR code on your seat or type shop.iberia.com in a browser.
- 04For free messaging, find the banner "Travelling in the Business cabin or an Iberia Club member?" and tap 'Connect here'.
- 05Choose 'Sign in with Iberia Club' (email or member number plus password), or 'Log in with booking details' (seat number and surname) if you are in Business.
- 06To browse or send files, tap 'Upgrade', pick a package and pay by card.

Worth knowing before you pay
- You cannot reset an Iberia Club password in the air — check it works before you board or you lose the free tier entirely. A blocked password stays blocked until the flight ends.
- Iberia Regional (Air Nostrum) aircraft have no Wi-Fi at all; they offer the Regional Play entertainment platform instead.
- Connectivity comes from three different suppliers, so Iberia itself warns the experience differs from flight to flight.
- Free messaging is text only — images and files need a paid plan.
How we know
Checked against Iberia's own Wi-Fi page on 2026-08-02.
What we could not confirm:
- Every paid package price.
- Whether Starlink-equipped aircraft are free for all passengers or only for Iberia Club members.
Airlines change these terms without notice. Treat this as a strong prior, not a guarantee.
